MONDO:0019344Antisynthetase (AS) syndrome is a clinically heterogeneous form of idiopathic inflammatory myopathy characterized by myositis, arthralgia, Raynaud phenomenon, mechanic hands, interstitial lung disease (ILD), and serum autoantibodies to aminoacyl transfer RNA synthetases (anti-ARS).
