This is an open-label, multicenter, phase III clinical study to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of multiple treatments with recombinant botulinum toxin type A (YY001) for injection in adult upper limb spasticity

The purpose of this study is to test whether receiving methylprednisolone before surgery will reduce the side effects of having surgery, such as infections and longer hospital stays.

This is a sub-study of the Preoperative Combined Iron Therapy trail in which some participants will be additionally randomized to combined iron supplementation or standarded treatment control to evaluate the impact on long-term outcomes.
