This study tests whether performing intrauterine insemination (IUI) at 42 hours after a hormone trigger shot leads to more live births than the standard 36-hour timing. About 692 women with infertility will be randomly assigned to one of the two timing groups. The goal is to see if a small delay helps eggs and sperm meet at a better moment for fertilization.
