Summary

This study looks at over 44,000 past surgeries to find which blood pressure readings best predict kidney damage after surgery. Researchers will then build a computer model that gives each patient a personal blood pressure target to maintain during their operation. The goal is to help doctors prevent acute kidney injury by keeping blood pressure in a safe zone tailored to the individual.
