Summary
This study compares two drug-coated stents (SUPRAFLEX Cruz and SYNERGY) in about 1,550 people with severe blockages in three heart arteries. Participants receive modern heart care including imaging and medications. The goal is to see which stent is safer and more effective at preventing death, stroke, heart attack, or repeat procedures.
