Summary
This study tested a 12-week exercise program set to music for 108 adults with physical disabilities like spinal cord injury, stroke, or Parkinson's disease. Participants were split into two groups: one did the music-based exercise, the other waited. The goal was to see if this fun, remote program could boost heart health and muscle strength. Results may help people with different mobility levels stay active at home.
