First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment called EBNK-001, which uses donor immune cells (natural killer cells) to fight advanced solid tumors. About 83 adults with cancers like lung, breast, or colorectal cancer that have not responded to standard treatments will receive these cells along with chemotherapy and possibly an immunotherapy drug. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can shrink tumors.
