Summary
This study aims to understand what factors lead to brain diseases like stroke and dementia by following 5,000 adults over many years. Participants, including those with a diagnosis, at high risk, or who are healthy, will regularly complete health questionnaires and interviews. The goal is to gather information to eventually find ways to preserve brain health, but the study itself does not provide any treatment.
