Smart cell therapy aims to target advanced cancers while sparing healthy tissue

Summary
This study is testing a new type of personalized cell therapy for adults with advanced solid tumors that have returned or spread. The therapy, called Tmod CAR T cells, is designed to find and kill cancer cells while trying to avoid harming the patient's healthy cells. Researchers will first find a safe dose and then see how well it works against cancers like lung, colon, pancreatic, and ovarian cancer.
