Summary

This study tests a device called ATNC MDD-V1 that combines magnetic brain stimulation with cognitive training to help people with mild Alzheimer's disease. Researchers want to see if it improves thinking and memory over 24 weeks. The study involves 180 adults aged 60-85 who are already on stable Alzheimer's medication.
