First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called zanidatamab in about 200 adults with several types of advanced solid tumors (like breast, lung, or stomach cancer) that have high levels of HER2 protein and have worsened after at least one prior treatment. The goal is to see if zanidatamab can shrink tumors and control the disease. Participants receive the drug intravenously and are monitored for response and side effects.
