Summary

This study tests whether a yoga program designed for both patients and their family caregivers can improve physical function, fatigue, sleep, and quality of life. It includes 400 people with lung or esophageal cancer who are getting radiation therapy, plus their caregivers. Participants are randomly assigned to either yoga sessions or educational materials, and researchers track outcomes over several months.
