NCT ID NCT04329065
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding a vaccine called WOKVAC to standard chemotherapy and targeted therapy before surgery can help the immune system better attack HER2+ breast cancer. About 25 adults with early-stage breast cancer will receive the vaccine alongside their regular treatment. The goal is to see if this combination increases cancer-killing immune cells in the tumor and is safe.
