Summary

This study tests whether a low dose of the weight-loss drug mazdutide, an intensive lifestyle program, or both can help people with obesity maintain weight loss for a year after initially losing weight with a higher drug dose. About 420 adults with a BMI between 28 and 45 will take part. The goal is to find a safe and effective long-term strategy for weight maintenance.
