Summary
This study looked at whether two behavioral weight-management programs can help adults with obesity and high blood pressure lose at least 7% of their body weight and keep it off for 3 years. Over 300 participants were randomly assigned to one of two 12-month programs and followed for 36 months. The goal was to find better ways to support long-term weight maintenance.
