First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether combining lifestyle coaching with a smartphone app helps young adults (ages 18-40) who are overweight or obese lose weight. All 140 participants will receive diet and exercise goals and coaching. Researchers will measure weight change after 6 months to see if the tech-enhanced approach works better than standard advice.
