Summary

This pilot study is testing a smartphone app with telephone coaching to help teens and young adults (ages 13-30) who are overweight or obese after a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if the app can help them lose weight and improve their health. The study will enroll 20 participants who are at least 100 days post-transplant.
