Summary
This study follows 1,250 people with obesity who are starting Wegovy as part of their regular medical care. Researchers will track changes in weight, waist size, and quality of life over two years to see how the drug works in everyday life. The goal is to understand real-world effectiveness, not to test the drug itself.
