Summary
This study tests whether a web-based support program can improve overall wellbeing in adults who survived a cardiac arrest 1 to 3 months earlier. Participants will either receive the program plus standard care or standard care alone, and fill out questionnaires at the start, 3 months, and 6 months. The goal is to see if the program helps with emotional, cognitive, and physical recovery.
