First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looked at whether eating two ounces of walnuts each day can improve sperm count, movement, and shape in men with fertility problems. 80 men took part, and the walnut group was compared to a group taking a standard multivitamin. The goal was to see if a simple diet change could help with natural or assisted conception.
