Summary
This study aimed to understand how women's bodies absorb and use vitamin E, an important antioxidant. Researchers enrolled 50 women, including some who were obese or had diabetes, to measure how different amounts of dietary fat and vitamin C affect vitamin E levels in the blood and tissues.
