Summary
This study tested whether a digital weight management program combined with a continuous glucose monitor could help adults with type 2 diabetes lower their blood sugar levels. 152 overweight or obese adults with type 2 diabetes participated. The program was delivered through the WW (Weight Watchers) digital platform and aimed to improve glycemic control over 6 to 12 months.
