First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study tests whether art therapy, delivered through virtual reality glasses or in person, can help reduce anxiety and improve sleep and well-being in people with colorectal cancer who are receiving chemotherapy. 78 patients will be split into three groups: virtual art therapy, in-person art therapy, or standard care. They will attend four sessions over eight weeks, and researchers will measure changes in anxiety, mood, and sleep quality.
