Summary
This study tests whether Vibegron, a drug already approved for overactive bladder, can improve metabolism, heart health, and physical and thinking abilities in middle-aged and older adults with obesity. Forty participants will take the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if it can help reverse some age- and weight-related declines.
