Summary
This study looks at how vericiguat, a recently approved heart failure drug, improves heart function during activity and at rest. Researchers will give 30 adults with heart failure either vericiguat or a placebo for about three months, then measure heart performance using catheterization and exercise tests. The goal is to understand why the drug helps patients live longer and avoid hospital stays.
