Summary

This study looks at how the body processes venetoclax when the tablet is crushed and mixed into a liquid. It includes 30 children and young adults with blood cancers who already take venetoclax this way. The goal is to measure drug levels in the blood and spinal fluid to ensure the liquid form works properly. This is a knowledge-gathering study, not a test of whether the drug cures the disease.
