This study looks at how blood flow to muscles changes as people age or have conditions like COPD, pulmonary hypertension, or heart failure. Researchers will measure blood flow and blood pressure in up to 420 volunteers, including healthy young and older adults, as well as patients with these diseases. The goal is to understand the causes of poor blood flow and find ways to improve it through exercise.
