Summary
This study tested a drug called VAL-083 combined with standard radiation for people newly diagnosed with a fast-growing brain cancer (glioblastoma) that has a specific genetic marker (unmethylated MGMT). The goal was to find a safe dose and see if the combination helps control the tumor. The study included 29 adults aged 18 to 70.
