Summary

This study looks at how breathing and waking from sleep are connected in people with drug-resistant epilepsy. Researchers will measure carbon dioxide levels and breathing responses during deep sleep in 60 participants. The goal is to better understand why some patients face a higher risk of sudden unexpected death in epilepsy (SUDEP).
