Summary

This study tests a new medicine called UBT251, given as a weekly shot, in 300 adults with type 2 diabetes. Some participants will get UBT251, others will get a placebo or an existing drug (semaglutide). The goal is to see if UBT251 can safely lower blood sugar and help with weight loss.
