This study tested a single injection of TTAX03 in 90 adults with severe knee osteoarthritis (grades 3-4). The goal was to see if it reduces pain and improves function better than a placebo (saline) injection after 12 weeks. Researchers measured how many people felt at least a 20-50% improvement in pain, daily function, or overall well-being.
