New study aims to protect transgender community from HIV and substance harm

Summary
This study is testing a special harm reduction service designed for transgender women, men, and non-binary people in Thailand who use substances or engage in chemsex. The goal is to increase use of HIV prevention pills (PrEP), reduce sexually transmitted infections, and improve mental health. About 140 participants will be followed for 12 months to see if the service helps them stay healthier and safer.
