Summary
This study tests whether tradipitant can reduce nausea and vomiting caused by GLP-1 weight-loss drugs (like Ozempic or Wegovy). About 280 healthy overweight or obese adults will receive either tradipitant or a placebo. The main goal is to see if tradipitant lowers the number of vomiting episodes per week.
