Summary

This study compares time-restricted eating (intermittent fasting) with standard nutritional counseling in 49 adults with prostate, cervical, or rectal cancer receiving radiation or chemoradiation. The goal is to see if fasting reduces treatment side effects and improves how well the therapy works. Participants will follow either a fasting schedule or a healthy diet plan during their radiation course.
