Summary
This study tests whether a telemedicine-delivered cognitive behavioral program (RxWell) can help patients use fewer opioid painkillers after knee or hip replacement. About 150 adults with mild to moderate anxiety or depression symptoms will be enrolled. The program aims to improve mood and recovery, potentially reducing the need for strong pain medications.
