Summary
This study tests a new drug called taldefgrobep alfa (BHV-2000) to help adults with overweight or obesity lose weight. About 150 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo as a weekly or monthly injection for 24 weeks. The main goal is to see how much body weight changes, along with effects on fat and muscle mass.
