Summary

This study looks at whether Tai Chi, a gentle moving meditation, can improve chronic insomnia in breast cancer survivors. About 90 women who have finished cancer treatment and have had trouble sleeping for at least 6 months will practice Tai Chi or receive another treatment. Researchers will measure sleep quality, daytime fatigue, and immune system changes to understand how Tai Chi helps.
