Summary

This study compares how well the cancer drug T-DXd works compared to standard treatments for patients with advanced HER2-positive solid tumors. Researchers will analyze existing medical records from about 105 patients who received either T-DXd in previous trials or standard care in real-world settings. The goal is to understand if T-DXd helps patients live longer than current standard treatments for various cancers including lung, colorectal, ovarian, and pancreatic cancers.
