Summary

This study uses a special brain scan (PET) with a new tracer called [11C]APP311 to measure synaptic density in people with psychotic disorders or cannabis use disorder, compared to healthy volunteers. The goal is to understand how brain connections differ in these conditions. Researchers will also test if these differences relate to thinking skills and brain wave patterns.
