Summary
This study is testing whether simple blood tests and brain scans can help family doctors diagnose Alzheimer's disease and other dementias earlier and more accurately. Researchers will recruit 1,200 people with mild memory or thinking problems from primary care clinics. The goal is to improve care and ensure patients get the right referrals to specialists.
