Summary

This study is testing whether regular cognitive activities (like video games and book clubs) and physical exercises (like walking and Zumba) can slow down age-related decline in thinking and physical health. Researchers are following 400 healthy Malaysian adults aged 60 and older for four years. They will measure changes in memory, brain scans, and other health markers to see if these activities make a difference.
