Summary

This pilot study looks at whether an 8-week stress reduction program can reduce inflammation in the arteries of adults aged 30-65 who feel stressed. Researchers will use special PET scans to measure changes in artery inflammation before and after the program. The goal is to see if managing stress can improve heart health.
