Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week, at-home step-goal program is doable for people with epilepsy. Twenty-six adults with epilepsy used a Garmin watch to track steps and attended virtual sessions. The goal was to see if they could stick with the program and how it might affect their seizures and overall health.
