Summary
This study tests whether a stem cell transplant from a healthy donor can cure people with certain immune system diseases (primary immunodeficiencies). Participants, aged 4 to 69, receive donor stem cells to rebuild a healthy immune system. The goal is to see if the transplant works and can eliminate the disease without needing lifelong medication.
