This study is testing a drug called Spartina® (Tirzepatide) to see how well it helps people with obesity or overweight lose weight and if it is safe. About 175 adults with a BMI of 30 or higher (or 27 with a weight-related health issue) will take the drug. There is no placebo group—everyone gets the active treatment. The main goal is to see how many people lose at least 5% of their body weight.
