Summary

This study tested whether using social networks (like WeChat) can help people at high risk for stroke take their medications correctly after leaving the hospital. 720 participants were split into two groups: one received standard care, the other got extra support through social networks. The goal was to see if the social network group had better medication adherence and risk factor control at 12 months.
