Summary
This study aims to find the best ways to help people with obesity enroll in digital weight-loss programs offered at community health centers. Over 5,000 adults with a BMI of 30 or higher will take part. Researchers will test different strategies, like clinic reminders and patient support, to see which increases enrollment the most.
