Summary
This study tests whether a proven sleep therapy (CBT-I) can improve how the brain regulates emotions, potentially easing depression and anxiety. Researchers will use brain scans to measure changes in emotion-related brain networks. 120 adults with insomnia and depression will participate, aiming to see if better sleep leads to better mood control.
