First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether teaching people with type 2 diabetes about good sleep habits and a simple relaxation exercise can help them sleep better, feel less anxious, and improve their blood sugar control. Fifty-two adults with poor sleep quality will be followed for six months. The goal is to see if these lifestyle changes can make a real difference in managing diabetes.
