Summary
This study looked at whether a smartphone app and a special ring (Belun Ring) can measure sleep quality in adults getting orthodontic treatment. 52 people from a dental school took part. The goal was to see how well these tools track sleep problems like snoring and sleep apnea, not to treat them.
